Request must be logged within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt from delivery carrier or pickup.
Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
Upon approval of your return, you would let us know the item(s) you would want shipped in exchange.
Our delivery partners would contact you for a swap within one (1) to five (5) working days.
Upon approval of your return, you would be required to send the item(s) back to us via any courier of your choice within three (3) working days of the approval mail.
Once we receive your package, we would ship out the replacement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for exchange shipping charges.
